Terrible customer service, you will be charged extra commission which will not be shown while fulfilling the operation! 👎👎👎👎 card to card and withdraw money from ATM also have their own commission and we can find it from your website. But while making top-up to a CIB mobile wallet you charged Me (extra 11.20 azn) without any warning! So that is terrible and fraudy approach to a customer!

I can't even open my existing account via mobile app. App says that you have yo reverify with bank employe and you have to wait 5 minutes for verification process (bank employe had to join to call for verification process) but in the end of 5 minutes nobody joined to verification process and app says that you can't enter to your account because you didn't finalize verification process.

Not recommended. When you buy shares, it incurs extra charges. When you asked about the missing amount, they couldn't provide an explanation. What kind of bank can't provide an invoice for a transaction? I sense a potential scam. Be cautious and avoid investing large amounts of capital
